单自由度八杆仿生机构杆长参数较多,是仿生机器人领域研究的难点之一。为提高设计效率,提出一种构型与尺度同步设计方法。在选定的运动链和机架的基础上,以不等式形式分步给出运动可行性及外形约束条件,使得上一步的杆长可作为下一步求解的已知值。通过该过程,在得到八杆仿生机构构型的同时,快速得到所有杆长的初步可行域。循环上述过程,逐步缩小约束条件的范围,可使得八杆机构的杆长快速接近目标值。在此基础上,分类讨论了连杆搭接顺序、约束条件及基本运动链的差异对求解难度及构型结果的影响。利用所提出的单自由度八杆仿生机构的设计方法,在对初始条件进行合理选取的前提下,可在初步得到构型的同时将杆长限定在较小范围内,实现了构型与尺度的同步设计。该方法还可应用于其他单自由度机构的设计当中,具有较好的借鉴意义。 相似文献

The effect of Reynolds number and boundary layer thickness on the performance of V-cone flowmeter has been evaluated using computational fluid dynamics (CFD). The shear stress transport k-ω (SST k-ω) turbulence model has been adopted for closure. The performance of two V-cone flowmeters with different beta ratios (β) viz., 0.6 and 0.7 for a fixed vertex angle (ϕ) of 60° has been analysed as a function of Reynolds number (Re). The results show that the coefficient of discharge (Cd) increases with Reynolds number in the laminar and transition flow regimes whereas it is nearly constant in turbulent flow regime. From the results, it can be concluded that Cd is independent of Re for values equal to 4000 and beyond. Further, it is also seen that the performance of the V-cone flowmeter is not affected by the upstream boundary layer thickness if the velocity profiles having different boundary layer thickness are extracted from an axial distance of 10D and more are fed at 5D upstream of the meter. However, the meter is sensitive to the extracted velocity profile from an axial distance of 5D and uniform velocity profile being fed at 5D upstream. 针对大型风力发电机机组中常见的脉动湍流、风机尾流与涡流等湍流信号,研究了利用自然梯度下降的独立分量分析方法的湍流频谱分离效果,以区分中心风速与湍流信号,提高风机机组的综合工作效率。首先分析了风机组中常见湍流信号的后向散射与频谱分布特点,然后依据这些特点设计了对应的独立分量分析模型。在仿真结果符合要求的基础上,进行了双目激光雷达天线的风速采集与实际分离效果检测。实验结果表明,在大气折射率结构常数C2n≤10-14同时广义大气常数α≥4的通常情况下,利用双目信号能够分离出一个湍流中心和一个中心风速。对1 s内两个谱峰的波动范围进行统计,获得(2.59±0.05)MHz的中心风速以及(1.22±0.19)MHz的湍流中心估计,且二者的平均信噪比分别为25.93 dB和31.01 dB,能够在获得稳定的中心风速估计的同时得到一个较为稳定的湍流中心估计。 相似文献

高倍率灰钙循环烟气脱硫技术在神东矿区的煤粉锅炉环保改造项目中已投入建设并成功运行,脱硫率可达95%以上。在NGD系统的运行调试期,布袋除尘器压差的数值及其上升速度均较改造前有大幅提高,影响了锅炉系统的正常运行并降低了布袋除尘器的运行效率。为了解决此问题,先分析滤料透气性降低而导致布袋除尘器压差上升的根本原因,再结合现场调研情况对NGD系统工况下的烟气含湿量、烟气温度、烟气灰浓度、除尘器本体的问题以及上游锅炉系统问题逐一进行对比和分析,并找出问题产生的各主要因素。NGD系统中布袋除尘器差压升高的原因包括多方面,为了使NGD系统的运行更加稳定,需要使除尘器适应NGD系统的工况并对系统中部分设备进行改造。在未来NGD系统的设计中,布袋除尘器需按高浓度烟气设计,且针对煤粉工业锅炉的运行、维护特性应加入对烟气中含水量的监测及对布袋除尘器的相应保护措施。 相似文献

针对变流量制冷(Variable Refrigerant Flow,VRF)系统变吸气状态下带液量的精确控制以及控制元件所引起的滞后或超调现象,以变频滚动转子式制冷系统为研究对象,分别通过恒定频率不同阀开度与恒定阀开度不同频率两个实验,建立其单独控制下的拟合模型,得到其在不同工况下的同步控制方法。结果表明:过热度随阀开度的增大而减小,在过热度为6 K以下,即阀开度为27.8%~30%时,过热度控制难度上升,提高冷冻水温度可改善这一状况;过热度随频率的降低而减小,在过热度为5 K以下,即频率为44.5~46.5 Hz时,控制难度上升;吸气干度随阀开度增大而下降,随频率降低而减小;在某一工况下,以系统质量流量为控制目标,可以拟合得到频率与阀开度的关系式,实现同步控制,在变吸气状态可以精确控制吸气干度,不损坏压缩机,并使系统迅速达到稳定状态。 相似文献

Concerning the safety problems of conventional Li-ion batteries with liquid electrolytes, it is crucial to develop reliable solid-state electrolytes with high ionic conductivity. Li1+xAlxTi2?x(PO4)3 (LATP, x = 0.3) is regarded as one of the most promising solid electrolytes due to its high ionic conductivity and excellent chemical stability to humidity.Herein, a new strategy is proposed for improving the sintering behavior and enhancing the ionic conductivity of LATP by using LiBO2 as the sintering aid via liquid phase sintering. The as-prepared sample LATP with homogeneous microstructure and high relative density of 97.1% was successfully synthesized, yielding high total ionic conductivity of 3.5 × 10?4 S cm?1 and low activation energy of 0.39 eV at room temperature. It was found that the addition of LiBO2 could effectively enhance the densification and increase the ionic conductivity of LATP electrolyte, proving an effective way to synthesis LATP ceramics by a simple and reliable route. 相似文献

The present study explored the relation between exchanging social support on online teacher groups and teacher self-efficacy. An online survey was conducted inside a massive Facebook teacher group, and 584 elementary school teachers provided information regarding Facebook use, self-efficacy for creative teaching, and the extent to which they provided and received support on the online teacher group. Results showed that teacher self-efficacy varied as a function of years of teaching experience, length of group membership, and the extent to which teachers provided and received social support on the online teacher group. Furthermore, the providing of online support predicted teacher self-efficacy after taking into account the effects of teaching experience and group membership. In this study, Elbistan lignite (EL) and manure were liquefied under catalytic conditions in an inert atmosphere. Red mud, tetralin, and distilled water were used as a catalyst and solvent, respectively. The liquefaction studies were carried out under catalytic conditions in the catalyst concentration of 9%, solvent/solid ratio of 3/1, reaction time of 60 min, waste/lignite ratio of 1/3, and at temperature of 400°C. Stirring speed and initial nitrogen pressure were kept constant at 400 rpm and 20 bar, respectively. At the end of liquefaction process, the soluble liquefaction products were separated by successive solvent extraction to preasphaltene, asphaltene, and oils. Oil products characterized by H-NMR to be able to differ hydrogen transfer from manure to EL surface. To obtain the hydrogen transfer way, liquefaction experiments conducted under inert atmosphere which does not related to hydrogen reaction, other above experimental conditions were kept same but only solvent type changed. The reason of using distilled water instead of tetraline is tetraline known as hydrogen donor but not water. Because water behaves supercritical conditions during the liquefaction stage. EL liquefied alone while using tetraline however EL liquefied with manure with using distilled water as a solvent. The obtained oil products form both experiments characterized by H-NMR. The radical groups diffraction and range values are not changed significantly shows that manure behaved as an hydrogen donor. So, EL with manure is the one great option to reduce cost of hydrogen source for direct coal liquefaction plant. 相似文献
